If I may suggest, you could model some interior space (rooms with walls and ceiling) inside those buildings and add transparency to windows. It will add more immersion and buildings will look more realistic. To make them look even more "life", you can add some cardboard people with stamp vertex rotation inside those rooms. Cheers!

Nice work. Textures are starting to look good. Get that feels3 look to the track surface and you're on the way to something special here.
Still everything use the default reflection, and fresnel settings, so I will setup later and I look in SP mode what's the difference, and I still use a default HDR profile, so maybe looks better later.

Aparentely you can enable HDR in DevMode on the following file: ..\rFactor2\ModDev\Setup2.ini Change UseHDR=(0) To UseHDR=(1)

Ah, thanks! I actually stumbled across it lately when the cars got "washed out" on Dev Mode. Had to look a few files to enable HDR on it. Aparentely so I enabled it everywhere!
