thx for sharing the video ... looks very real, great stuff !
one thing I would like to mention. DTM cars are using ^the high line^ in ^Sachskurve^, no longer the lower line near to the apex.
may be a good idea to set AI waypoints according to this.

Maybe i will add the DTM "line" with the usually sponsor logos, and the gates in the pit lane.

No, why?
But I will reposition later because now it's too high I think from the cockpit view.

Yes, that's what I was I getting at. I always thought the surrounding landscape was fairly flat at Hockenheim but then I've never been to the circuit.

there are only forests around Hockenheim and only in the far are some hills

 

You can't see in this photo because it's too close. But far you can see the mountains.

And I think need a bit "cheat" because it's look better if you see something behind the trees.

Perhaps some very faint, low hills in the background then?

 

yes, but not so high mountains like you have, small hills are enought.
