How is that Moyota coming along, its been a while. is the model finalised yet

I just ran a 10 lap race at COTA and both Aura's pitted, one at the end of lap five and the other at the end of lap 6. In both cases the cars seemed to have lost some pace in traffic. Where-as earlier they were easily zooming through the GT cars, they suddenly would seem to be unable to pass and lose ground to the Darche's that were nearby. I would almost suspect it is tire related. (like starting on wets but with dry conditions.) As soon as the tire went off, at least that is what it 'looked' like to me, then both cars scurried to the pits for service.

 

I picked up the PX beta last week after watching VEC videos and I've been having a blast testing the cars out.

re. BOP - the Aura seems to be the fastest car on every track. The Shiro and Darsche are about even (in my hands using stock set-up) but the Darsche has serious fuel capacity problems - can only go around half the distance of the others and has to pit twice as often. In a real-time race this could be off-set by having fresher tyres and gaining back the time - but in a time-scaled race it's totally uncompetitive. Admittedly I've only done a few short-ish test races using stock set-ups but this seems to be the pattern.

 

Hi. This is a problem on many tracks. The AI go into some kind of fuel-saving mode on their in-lap. They take a strange line and lose heaps of time. I think its to do with the AI setting for the track - nothing to do with the cars you're running. It's happened to me at Sebring and Istanbul with EnduRacers mod. Kind of kills the race when you can gain 5+ secs over AI every pit stop.

And here I am wishing they'd do a DPi, new gen GTE mod and SGT mod when the PX is not even complete yet

As sayed few posts back, PX is on hold for now. I will keep you up more on that in next weeks.

 

DPi is far to soon, GTE we might wait for 2017, how i know some new cars will come than. SGT, well

EDIT for 2017- i mean more 2018 for EGT, hehe but who knows. We want them but i doubt we will manage them anytime soon.

Good that the LMP2s are a part of the PX package, I think those 2017 spec cars look hot.

 

So do you ever plan on completing this PAID mod orrrrrrrrr are just gonna keep taking money/making excuses/ignoring your 'customers'?

No you aren't.

 

Yes its going to be completed. We wont abandone it for sure.
Few have some new stuff to be added and some from enduracers but we need a go from them before release to. That is the deal we have and thats why its on hold for now until we get that.
And before PX eats us up completly i need to concentrate our team again on something to be fully finished and released or we can just close all that down.
I have invested alot into modeling and other resources around PX but without our old content this would have never cover up so we need to get back again before we can finish it. As sayed few times, we never wont get rich by doing this but its a way to do it.
I cant say anything else than sorry for the delays and that some day atleast some will understand my position on this and that i have to make decisions on that.
But again, this will not stay as it is. It will get more cars, it will be update.

Are you aware that you actually bought a "pre-order" with the benefit of beta access to the mod?
