EGT is beeing updated but its a league doing it, they will share the files once ready.

Yes it's our league over at www.simracing-united.net I made a post about it here in this thread but somehow it got deleted. Maybe someone didn't like the advertisment here 
Four of the six cars are updated. The Z4 and the F458 have to be updated. I will do them last because we replaced them with some more recent models. I hope i will find some time in the future to update them.

How do we acquire the newer, updated versions at the moment?

Right now we only have a league version of the mod. If you are interested to join our series/test the cars you simply have to follow this instructions. We would be pleased to see a few more international drivers as we changed from an only german lead series to an international/english series. Right now we have 32 drivers subscribed to our series and still a few more free seats.

These more recent models won't be included in the update as they are not by URD and not build by us but only updated to DX11 by us.
And yes once the Z4 and the F458 are done our files will be given to URD. But right now it's a problem of time to finish these two remaining cars

Their website is pretty poorly designed (tried in multiple browsers).
There is no description of the car/cars that you're buying, so you don't even know how many cars you're getting.
I don't know where you found the code but I didn't see any discount when I went to the site earlier.
From what I've read there were supposed to be updates that haven't been done. I don't know if that was supposed to make them compatible with S397's Endurance Pack, but there doesn't seem to be any communication from this group.
