Morning, I just wanted to report this bug as I have spent time tracking down the exact reason which reproduces the bug so hopefully it can be solved.
In wet weather, reflections on the road surface artifact and move where they shouldnt when in VR. I use a pimax 5k+ headset at "Normal" FOV, so this is significantly more than headsets such as Rift. I have run the sim using "Enabled compatible with parallel projection mode" on and off, as well as using the RF2 ini file tweaks as below, in both 0 and 1 mode to compare.
"VR Projection Mode": 0,
"VR Projection Mode#": "VR Projection Mode: 0 =
default, 1 = not in-plane displays
HMDs",
I can confirm the reflections are bugged in every instance, but with VR Projection mode = 1, the reflections multiply 2 or three times accross the screen as well as flashing in and out etc.
I think this comes down to how the reflections are rendered with respect to the headset and hopefully the Dev team can solve this now that it is brought to attention but an update on this would be very appreciated.
