What are you saying? That people who make custom stuff and are not 3d artists skilled enough to make next-gen looking content are not allowed to make videos? This is normal in every moddable game, just check out Arma3 how many modders content is there that doesnt get anywhere near to BIS content quality, so what? It doesnt bring bad light on ARMA...

It is a horrible and bad conversion and yes when you put such a low and 15 years old quality graphic video on YT and in the official rf2 ISI forums, that definitely doesn't make a good spot for factor 2 !
