Try these settings on your game config folder as in Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Config: { "defaultCamera": 0, "lookBehindCar": 0, "generalMovement": 0, "dashcamFactor": 0, "offsetForwardCm": 0, "offsetUpCm": 0, "offsetPitch": 0, "lookWithWheel": 0, "lookWithWheelGamma": 0, "lookWithWheelSmoothing": 0, "lookWithWheelHeadRoll": 0 } Fun fact: The game folder in the steam library is called "AC2". Maybe the development changed goals midway through.
it is more noticeable at sides of the car somethings like trembling especially at low gears like 1st and 2nd that car's engine goes to maximum rpm
I saw now. To me its that kind of "seat belts" thath covers Windows and in the right side atached to the dashboard. It vibrates a lot when out of track, crashs, etc.. Since im using lowest fov possible in game, these net cover a big part of my 23/4 inches monitors
rain graphics are simply amazing, ffb in old g27 seems litgh at 110 gain and clipping a little (but its hard too see since the info is in the under right cornor of right monitor ~as other info) and too much deadzone with ffb minimun at 5% (which i beliave it should help with these wheels)
Also make sure the wheel degrees of rotation setting outside the game is actually the same as in the game. Kunos never manage to make that work automatically on any wheel as far as I remember.
Id like to take off that. I dont like vistual wheel in the way my cockpit is mounted (monitor very close to wheel). But is seems it isn´t possible at this stage (at least i didnt find) There is some cockpit adjustments i miss. like that kind of excessive vibration that i talked before, seat picth, angles of triple screens setups...) But im really impressed with rain. People with VR will go crazy when they lauch support to it. No much the car, i think because has a lot of traction control and abs, i dont know. I wonder if Carrera thinks in some day brings his 1988 mod to this. Would be a dream if matches rf2 ffb and physics Im trying to upload a vídeo ai made with my cellphone to yoube but doenst made justice to how it really looks
I'm pretty sure all those will come later. And yeah, rain looks pretty amazing and feels good too. You can map TC and ABS settings to your wheel just like in rF2 and adjust on the fly or under Setups/Electronics
Is there any official statement that it's going to be supported, seems to be lack of confirmation from Kunos in the ACC forum. It took RaceRoom a very long time and still F1 2018 doesn't support it, googling Unreal and triple support indicates that it's not native supported and you need to do some "borderless multiport view thing", but here I'm just more or less guessing due to lack of information
They release some updates today (as my twiitter account said) Despite the awesome atmosphere with rain graphics, and great effect on windshield, doesn't seem there is rain drops outside
The hotfix includes a change on the FFB. According to everyone the problems with damping and such are completely fixed. Fun occurrence: a user who drove these type of cars in real life said yesterday in one of the forums that people complaining about the FFB didn't know what the real thing was like. According to him it was perfect and way more realistic than in AC1. And now the game update drastically changes the FFB...
what about performance, i remember UE 4 is very bad if not optimised, most of the time GPU is used at 60%...
lol, this used to happen here often in the rf2 development. "oh my god, the corvette is like real life. Look motec data..." update the vehicle and physics "oh my god, better than real life" "oh my god, tires are the best thing in rf2" they released the new cpm "oh my god, tires are much better now, finally you fixed that s***"
I didn't test performance and there is no mention of it for this hotfix. On top of the bad performance the frame pacing doesn't look good according to fraps. RF2 frametimes graph for example is a perfect flat line if you cap it. But we would need FCAT to know for sure. And even worse there is something strange with the game that makes everything feel really slow. Nicki Thiim kept repeating that in his channel. Thats true. With every single game out there it is always the same story. And the dev sometimes are also to blame with the marketing.
