Check in the other AMD thread on this forum, i gave a rundown of what mine is like now. Basically, im on max settings everywhere. I've now dropped reflections to low after trying Monaco, which was dropping me down to 50fps at its lowest

Didn't improve after I wiped out the driver and install it again. The problem is the FPS is very high and the graphic stutters. Mine is a HIS 2GB boost 7850 card.

View attachment 12543 reinstalled rf2 and run config. Video driver version seems strange...

No don't worry about that. That is unrelated to the driver revision number, 14.4.

Whats with your resolution and refresh rate settings? Is that correct?

FYI: I uninstalled the old driver using win/controlpanel/software, then installed 14.4. Then I deleted rf2's config.ini from the player folder and re-run the config tool. Maybe it is not that important, but that's what I did...

personally I never delete the config.ini, I just do the control panel-uninstall, then install new driver - reapply overclock settings and voila...job done :)

    I'm so confused XD

If you have a monitor that supports a 1920x1080 resolution and a 60hz refresh rate, then set it to that ai. That could explain some of the odd behavior, high fps count and stuttering.
If there is some sarcasm at play here and I have missed it, plz ignore me XD

OK I got confused now. After full reinstallation my wheel cant be recognized by my pc. And this time the green bar is full all the time. Maybe I should get rid of rfactor stuff from now on... It's really confusing, annoying and complex. Wondering when I can get a full lap on rFactor 2 now.

    My config is Intel i7 CPU 920 @2.67 GHz @ 2.70 GHz 16384 MB
    Vista SP 2 Build 6002
AMD Radeon HG 6900 Series 3780 MB (HD 6990)

Regardless on detail and resolution setting I get FPS higher than 50 but the video seems like 0.3 FPS, CPU usage id not more than 60% FPS blinks yellow from time to time when the video stutters.
Can you advice what to check?
