Don't worry Jim ( or should i call you Eagle-Eyes, lol ). If you look at the Bt20 teams by ISI there are only 5 teams. Teams 4,5,6,8 and 9. When i make a skin and then test it in game i call it "bt20_4.dds" for example. This is a quick way for me to test a new skin in game, with minimal effort required. The next one "bt20_5.dds" etc. That's all well and good until you make more than 5 custom teams. I have made 25 new skins for the Brabham. The only way round this is to get all my skins in game at same time is to make my own .mas file. To achieve this, you have to make the Car Icons and mini-icons for the vehicle select screens, and the .veh files to assign new teams in my new .mas file, and also assign a different .dds file for each team. This is the most mind-numbing, boring aspect of making a skin pack mod, i hate doing it, it is just a massive exercise in repetition. At this stage, to make my life slightly easier, i use the none scientific method of paper and pen to keep track of the files that i'm making, it is only now that the teams numbers are finalized and the final car number is actually placed on the car's skin. All the numbers you currently see are placeholders so that when numbers are finalized, the skins have a number that is roughly in the correct place, meaning less time for me to actually apply them. As you can see, the later skins in this thread have their correct numbers applied, as i had by this point a good idea of how they were going to pan out. I take it you noticed the Brabhams at the beginning of the skins had the number 4 on them. I would never have made a final mod with a car labelled 4,5,6,8 or 9 anyway, as they would have overwritten ISI's originals. Hope the above makes some kind of sense

Seriouly now, i still don´t gert this vmod thing how it works and stuff. At section of vehicles i have a ton of alll mods and all cars
great work 4L0M! 1 suggestion for online use. if you rename your dds in BT20_5_alt1_4L0M.DDS BT20_5_alt2_4L0M.DDS BT20_5_alt3_4L0M.DDS ... and put this dds in rfactor2/userdata/player/settings/BrabhamBT20/ you can select the alternative skins in cars/tuning and you can use them with standard ISI mod (and all vmod) online. simply downloading the "settings/BrabhamBT20" folder. i think it's much easy and simple for online use. (online, guys without custom skins simple view a blank skin)
