When I'm racing game sometimes stops for few seconds (but time still goes on..). It makes it unplayable.

I try to run rFactor 2 on my Reverb G2/3080/9700K@5ghz/16GB 3600 but this seem to be impossible for me. I tried every single tweak/setting that I could find on this forum and reddit. But it's impossible for me to get a 90FPS stable frame rate. Even with an average 40% GPU load and even less CPU...

So I actually have another problem that is a huge deal for me and I just want to fix that problem. But for now I can't launch rFactor 2. I've deleted and unsubscribed from all non-S397 content, verified files, deleted all .dll plugin files, deleted everything in the packages folder, deleted all...
