Skin transfer (all transfers to be precise) in 494 is not something i would advice. All things wich needs the http server mess it up. Skins, rfmod, etc.
On our rF2 server I have a vmod made with MAS2 TOOL from V382 with no spaces in the names. It has ran without issue and the skin transfers work also. The server gets shut down on Mondays and Thursdays for league events then restarted after the races. It has had no issues with drivers joining as far as I know.
something I might have missed being discussed b4, we now got the car-select in practise online. supposedly so we can change cars and upgrades. But upgrades don't work online, we still gotta exit rf2 and re-join. so can I get a refund? no I mean is there a fix/workaround/edit/will-be-fixed thingy?

He asked for the password, which sounds much more like the unstable build section than actually being one of the beta testers (which is an entirely separate process, and anyone having done it should know asking here would be a waste of time).
As far as Ive seen it works ok, as long as you change car. For instance if you have Eve F1 and you want to change to F1B, you must choose first Spark F1, join, and choose again Eve F1 and change specs. We tried it many times and it works.
Might have been asking both; the password for the unstable section, and to test 568, in which case we're disagreeing about different things
Presumably, "Data Execution Prevention", or whatever its called. A security feature of Windows, I think. Not had it happen to me with build 494, or at least not yet.
indeed it is "data execution prevention" it has started happening for me, not a major problem, but wondered if anyone else had it
