Thanks for the info, Alex. Sorry for dumb question as I am a GSC noob, but is Reiza continuing to develop GSC and/or new mods/tracks? Also, are all the add-on tracks conversions? Has Reiza done any add-on tracks? How to know difference between conversions and scratch? Is only Reiza capable of scratch made tracks?

That would explain a lot b/c nothing I have driven in rf1 feels like GSC.

 

Man I'm all over that truck sim. I thought it was cool before I tried GSC. Now it's a no brainer!

I've said it for the last few years, Reiza and Niels created mods are the best by far.

GSC takes rF1 to another level.

If you haven't played GSC you are really missing out on what the gmotor engine is capable of when it's understood and had proper attention paid to not just the physics but the whole package.

I,m a truck Mechanic, why anyone in their right mind would want to race them has got me stuffed, lol.

By the way, has anyone tried the umm naughty version of GSC in RF1 and compared it to the legal version?
If the naughty version is a straight conversion, would its changes to the Gmotor engine apply to rf1 and if so ,could these changes be applied to other mods.
If this was the case, imagine the possibilities for the DRM mod and the NAGT mod and the Enduracers Mod, the 3 best RF1 mods released imho ( thats for you PLAYLIFE, lol )

I have tried the naughty version, and while its a good mod, RF2 is still miles ahead IMHO.
But before anyone starts getting up my nose about it, I,m just asking a question, not condoning the atomic bombing of a small pacific island.

He's one of the best physics programmers, and GSC is one of the best sims ever made.
