very nice video, in fact whole thread is very informing.

    ok gorgias you caught us.
Last night, after witnessing some unmoral lap times in Monaco, vittorio and me were thinking about a stretegy to overcome the situation.
This would be to spread banana peels over the track but as I said, you caught us so we must think something else now.
(ps ps ps vittorio ps ps ps, shhh)

What immoral lap times are you guys talking about?

Or have i over-thought it and missed the point entirely?

I've seen a 1 35 and change but a good pace is 1: 36 / 1 :37 I would assume. 1 :35:xxx around Monte Carlo is angelic LOL and something we should all strive for

lol right. Seeing 1.35 laps totally scared me yesterday. But i hope Sir Stewart is right by saying "slow=fast", or was it slow looking?
Better we do some training today nikos :)

we better do or else...we ll have to declare illegal everything above 1.45.

Curius about setups. I received some nice setups last night from generous people that really puzzled me.
Usually i use default, where i take gears up to 4th at the most.
In these setups I could go to 5th easily. Shorter gears, more acceleration but i felt i was spending a lot of time with the stick, I actually drove full lap with only one hand on the wheel.
(I suppose if u use paddles is different story).

Like Spa, this track requires concentration. The flying laps are pretty risky and to finish a 20 minute race will be more about accuracy. Some tough racing to come:)

I came to same conclusion yesterday. Its probably better to train lap-times you can constantly drive for 20 min without braking the car (and others). Doing the fastest lap doesnt make one win the race.

I can tell you that if you try to get 1:35;*** laps for 20 min I doubt you will make it the full race distance
there is going to be a lot of hay bails on the rack at the Swimming pool and a lot of car body part strewn around the track
the races we held at spa proved to me with in the first two event to sit and let everyone start and just sit on the grid and once the 1st driver had entered in tp en rouge I started because I new by the time I got there all the other cars would be just pulling away again after the big crash that happened in race 1 and 2 this tactic took me in to 1st position then David C caught me and and on the 2nd lap I clipped the wall entering in to the 1st corner but still managed a 2np place over all so slower is better in my eyes

ps: If anyone still has not signed upto a event on the leagues page can they please make sure they do so
I would hate for you to have signed up to the league website and not be able to score points because you forgot to enter an event on the system. If you need assistance please let me know Once you have done it the 1st time it all makes sense.

pps The amount of Drivers signing up is looking Good! if we can get a full 24 that would be a crazy race.

I dont think its too hard doing 1.35's with the little F3's, the issue comes when you try do 10 consecutive laps at 1.35s, eventually you're going to hit the drink at the * flat out * chicane... I did this about 20 times yesterday :p I think you'd have to be insanely calm to better the lap AND not hit or '' glance '' any barries / hay ... You deff need Max concentration here, thats one of the reasons why i love Monaco! :)

that chicane is what gets me most of the time I found looking at the guide rail while approaching it I'm able to hit it just right but if I don't I just end up in the drink
