I hope you realize that "-TRUMP 2016-" instantly makes people ignore everything you may have just wrote ? If even remotely sensible, I'm thinking it may just have been sarcastic.
We are aware of this, but not yet fixed. Sorry, you know devs can't jump between stuff - so it's a matter of tasks rollin' on a queue.
@Tuttle: if the lod thing means less flickering (sorry i'm noob in these things) i can confirm that i see less flickering going on. Also i noticed a little gain in fps 3-5%
I meant the bug Tosch reported, with car LODs being ignored after switching to cams and back to cockpit. This one; http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/27467-rF2-fps-performance-killer-No-1
Same here. I have to complete new install rf2, update isn`t working for me. The update was stopping because of failing updating AZ Keyboard.JSON.
All updates are welcomed and appreciated. I just wish the multiplayer filters could make an appearance, especially excluding passworded servers.
Hi guys, Fix = Now ignoring duplicate veh files when building vehicle manager list. Only latest version of vehicle will be included. Does this mean that not only can't I change a couple of options in a hdv file and inject it back into the mas ( which would be so convenient) and use it immediately, as rfactor removes it, does it also mean I can't now create my own rfcmp files after doing that same thing, using neil hubbards excellent tool, as the vehicle file is essentially identical but with a different name and version number? Vehicle shows up under original mod vehicle list when installed and works great thank you. My reading says that it will only show one vehicle, latest version only? I hope this is clearer than mud to someone. If so I am gunna be ( apt expletive here ) annoyed.
Both updates went fine, automated for normal game, and manual for Moddev. Amazed at how fast can users give feedback of a new version, it would take me weeks of testing befove having a worthwhile evaluation. Thanks ISI.
So it would take you a week to test one thing you know wasn't fixed before? You must be one of those guys who tells your wife "Yeah yeah, I'll fix it soon, you don't need to remind me every 6 months!" Anyway, has anyone noticed the bug where, if you have a FFB multiplier set that's not 1.00, i.e. I use 0.60, every time you join a server with a unique rFmod, even if it's the same car and track as before, it resets to 1.00, and I have to manually go and change it again? It loads all the other settings fine, even minimum FFB. In this same scenario, it also resets the seat fore/aft position to 0 every time. I had the same problems on Windows 8.1 before I formatted to Windows 10 2 weeks ago, and now again after a completely clean install. As far as I can remember, it was never any different, i.e. working correctly, with any older builds.
Not sure why your scenario would be an issue, as you will always be able to load the latest mod version now. Actually it never worked well in the past to have multiple versions of same mod installed, as the menu could only load one version (usually it was the wrong one), so in that sense this is an improvement. Although best would be to have support for multiple versions, idk why it's such a long standing issue with rF2.

Unfortunatly, it does not pause the damage repair to be resume one lap later. Like if you are pitting under a Yellow, and you have 200sec of repair, then you see the pace car coming back and you don't want to loose a lap, so you are stoping the repair when you have 100sec left, than come back a lap later to finish your repair. That does NOT work... you will still have 200sec left to do. I think the feature is useful when you do a pitstop but you forgot to change your damage to DO NOT REPAIR.
Install has been checked. All critical simulation files passed verification As usual: No problems with the update. Thanx !!!
It's trying to download the profile so that if you did, you could use it. Are you able to do a search within the steamapps/rfactor2 folder to see whether the file exists?
