But yes (I think I''m going the right way now) I didn't read all; just hate all the "sing haleluya to ISI" topics; it's a kind of sucking up and a few of them every week gets boring.
Remember; I said my thing here in the beginning of the topic.

We all like the game, otherwise we wouldn't be here, right?

And about positive........I did react many times in positive topics AND made some myself, giving tips to make the game run smooth(er) and so on......a while ago. Or is that just easier to forget?
True, they were limited, but so is my knowledge about the game and systems; I did what I could.

Ow well, when we discuss; it always goes wrong. Forget about it; I have much bigger problems to solve here.

 

How selfish. I get the impression you would like the forum filled with only negative comments. Perhaps ISI like to hear when someone is enjoying their product.

No, not negatives. Positive is okay of course and as I said; we do like the game or we wouldn't be here.
But useless topics just saying "Oh ISI, you're so great" is just sucking up, big time!

You make this something of me, just being negative; go ahead, it's in your mind and you just want something to nag about.

You and Durge need to understand that other people don't think like you do. That is not wrong or right , just different. You don't have to try and persuade everyone to agree with you and you don't have to get upset when they don't.

I'd grown so used to rFactor 2 that when I got around to firing up rFactor a couple of nights ago I was shocked at how crappy and boring the steering felt without the awesome FF of rFactor 2. I even had to make sure I had RealFeel enable because that helped the FF quite a bit in rFactor back in the day.

 

I would like to clarify 2 things.
First, this post is not about buttkissing itself. I've commented as a gamer and a programmer. Since i work for a company with more than 200k employers and my current project relies on 50+ employers around the world i know that criticisms are very useful but also compliments are important because it motivates the team.
If you ask me if i believe that they are proceeding slowly, I'll answer yes! If you ask me if i would have organized the whole project differently, again yes! If you ask me if i believe that under some views the game is very very old and behind, ill answer definitely yes. I would even add that some new features are implemented bad.

Second, my post was not about the whole game, the overall product is very unsatisfactory! My comments was focused on car's feeling and that topic for me is doing pretty fine.

 

Yes, well........ look at yourself first; out of my sentence in which I said I don't like the buttkissing topics; YOU make:
- Durge and I are alike (and thus negative!)
- I like to persuade everyone to think like me (where do I say that? I just stated MY mind)
- I get upset >> Where did I do that?

Sorry to say; this is nonsense and you can wave hand or whatever, but I'm done with you. Arguing with those kind of assumptions is undoable......stop making things up.

It just irritates me man; you putting me down as someone who's ALWAYS negative.....(just because Tim said so?)
Just be fair to me; what did I say to start this all; go back to the beginning; not much!

Well, unlike most of you guys, John stated the FACTS. Not going by assumptions or jumping to conclusions which just come in handy. Also; he explained why the topic went off; due to one little post in the beginning and AFTER Tim; you all just had to agree with him...... Before Tim; no one payed attention to it

 

It's so obvious and simple. EVERYONE here has his/her own agenda. Carry on, whatever you want to achieve. ;]
