Most all sims that I have skinned for have their little quirks when it comes to skinning. You just need to find out where the issues are and learn to adapt to them or ask for better templates. I think the biggest thing is that we are trying to paint a 3D object in 2D space which doesn't translate as well as we would hope it would.

As to the earlier image, it turns out I didn't have everything maxed, my frame buffer was set to triple buffer instead of 16X AF, so changed it and added some stripes to confirm all was looking ok and found another glitch in the model for Tim to pass on, heheh.

Oh btw, when I was looking down on the top of the nose from the T-Cam view, the graphic for my paint looked like it was super low res. If it were the real car, the square jaggies were about 4" each.

Nice shot! The track ahead of the vette looks great. Makes me want to jump in the seat and do some laps.

Really turned down by the looks of the outer part of the tires against the track though. It's like a bad cut & paste Photoshop layer (I know it's not). It's something that happens in a lot of screenshots & videos. I hope ISI have something up their sleeves to improve in that area.
