    Ok I`ve heard of dithering before but not sure what it is exactly...

    Any way of stopping it happening Tuttle or is just something that`s going to happen with b101?

    The color banding is not a "bug" but a characteristic of pure gradients and honestly I remember it was the same in all previous builds.

    EDIT: just checked my shots of previous builds (from 49 to 101) and it was the same.

    Ahh right, I must have just not noticed it in previous builds...

    Maybe it seems more noticeable in this build?

    Anyway, I appreciate the reply. :)

    I don't think so...If you look at first shots on this thread you'll see color banding everywhere...:)

    Color banding is really hard to remove in 3D applications.

    Yeh I have noticed this "colour banding" at other times, in other games and screens etc (not just rf2)

    Without getting too technical, what causes this guys and why have I also seen other games/sims etc that don`t seem to be affected by it?

    Plus is it something that will be addressed and eradicated as the builds keep coming?

    I certainly hope so.

    I`m getting the black screen when I try to turn HDR off but only sometimes...

    Anybody else getting this?

    Not really - someone is testing some F2 mod on some Hockenheim track.

    I don't think it's in any way related to ISI, because their mod is called differently and we know that someone is working on Hockenheim aswell.

    On the left you can see how they are tested with the v1.106. You may have to do with ISI and maybe not, we'll see .....

    I would like to know who got me airborn as well, I got sideways trying not to hit someone loosing it in front of me, then boom, I never have sent anyone flying like this ever...but nvm.
