VR Launch question: Does the VR Launch option automatically adjust for resolution if different from monitor resolution? Or do we still need to change resolution in the Graphics Settings Launch option first?

hopefully someone in dev team thought to use different versions of configdxd11 file like a configdx11_VR. as the settings used between the two can be wildly different in terms of resolutions, refresh rates, aliasing etc. Running full toss triple screens with VR will blow up most computers.. edit: just checked. no.. no they didn't.. still only my manual files I have to switch between in the folders. This is not that hard to think through I would have thought..
Why can't those elements and others added long time ago like ABS, TC, BB and recently added new LEDs for wheel slip be added to HUD elements in ModDev as well?
With this Release Candidate there now is about a 5 to 10 second delay after clicking the Screen to start and when the full menu finally displays. Just the header tabs display.
This post was about the AI not getting stuck when the faster AI was planning on pitting. I had to completely re-write it. Originally, in practice, I saw a car still get stuck. But in an offline AI race, I saw two examples of faster cars, on their In-Lap for fuel, pass slower cars that would have trapped them in the past. THANK YOU S397!
