13. Rain mod: 100% (?)
You can increase / decrease the rain rate by this percentage. E.g. 200% -> twice as much rain rate as it would be for 100%.
14. Rain Limit: 30% (To limit the amount of rain).
Exactly, but this is the amount like shown ingame (e.g. 6%). So you can avoid monsuns. Actually the rain rates by most weather engines are so low that I would leave it open on 100%
15. Toff: 0% (?)
Temperature offset. Its not %, its degree. Nowaday temps can be down to < 10°C, or even minus. That way you can bring it up to 10-20°C range approx. by adding a value.

Hello @Stefan_L_01 , I try to use your plugin/program and I have no information displayed in the client :
How the plugin and the program communicate, because I'm not on the default port of rF2.
The plugin is in <rFactor 2>\Bin64\Plugins
The program is in a tool folder of the same PC
The CustomPluginVariables.JSON have this configuration :

" Enabled":1,
"UID":0
},
The rF2GeoData.xml is in User AppData\Roaming\rF2WeatherPlugin\
I don't know what I do wrong.

In the championships (ISR) that we use the plugin I usually modify the temperature of the track manually based on the data provided by this link

No, for the moment I just try to have "Connected" displayed, so I let the manual side selected pending the connection, after I will test the DarkSky.
I installed the pipe program and it says :
rf2WeatherPlugin 1 1
I installed the vs14 redist 64 & 32bits, and no change, same status as the screen posted above.

Hmm I cant say for the moment. Is any security blocking named pipe access?
Is there another client running hidden with same Uid owning the access ?

since thursday i have the problem "webquery failed". Did not do any changes on the server (Windows Server 2008), but it does not get any data from darksky anymore. I checked the coordinates (no space somewhere, it is a dot, no comma ), i restarted everything and tried it with a new API Key, but it is still the same. Also a change of the track on rf2 dedi server did not help.
Do you have any idea what else can be wrong? my first idea was a problem at Darksky, but after 2-3 days i am afraid it is not on their side.
edit: Version 1.11.0.0 running

Pls try 1.11b (1.11.2), updated file on first page / first posting
Note: Only client as changed (exe), plugin dll is unchanged
