Not yet unfortunately but Simbin did using the rF1 engine but not sure how it worked as I think it was hard coded.

Ah ok. Sounded cool. :) Long races with added dirt would be super.

It could be done with a texture animation. But you wouldn't be able to clean it.

Okay, rummaging about.... these seem to be all of the hard-coded wildcard material names you can assign (in other words... driver and track specific textures):
    wccarbody
    wcdriver
    wcarms
    wcwing
    wcswheel
    wcrims
    wcspinner
    wcwindow
    wcwindowsin
    wcwindowsout
    wcwindshieldin
    wcwindshieldout
    wcextra0
    wcextra1
    wcextra2
    wcextra3
    wcextra4
    wcextra5
    wcextra6
    wcextra7
    wcextra8
    wcextra9
    wcrefueler
    wcpithelmet
    wclollipop
    wchelmet
    wcpitbody
    wcsponsor

And these are also hard-coded material names. They're material names you should probably avoid re-assigning to an alternate texture unless you know specifically how they're used in-game... could result in a texture / material conflict if you assign to an alternate texture? But really, I'm unsure why they're hard-coded. Could be some default material names (textures) that you could reassign and be used by the game as a default?????
    pitbox
    rims
    swheel
    windowsin
    windowsout
    windshieldin
    windshieldout
    window
    lollipop
    refueler
    pitbody
    pithelmet
    wing
    helmet
    driver
    arms

Hardcoded so you don't have to use the extra material until you need to. But nothing is really hardcoded, there's nothing stopping you from using wcwindshield as a picture of a cat or something.

If you want a different cat's picture at different circuits... fluffywindshield.dds, tabbywindshield.dds and tigerwindshield.dds you can. Just assign the proper material name to your cat's mesh object, in this case a photo of your cat(s) as the material wcwindshield.dds and add the proper lines to the driver's VEH file and you should be good to go.

Oops.. I made a mistake... for your cats it would probably be something like coutie01windshield.dds, coutie02windshield.dds and coutie03windshield.dds with the appropriate photo for each since you'll likely be the default driver livery identified. :)

I don't know, but I imagine you could do it. Doesn't that have a system with cleaning the windshield already? Or a whole dirt system?
