I just want to reply to the above quoted Part (yes, we probably have some Misunderstandings, due to Language Barriers, i guess ) When you create an Update in the above described Way, for that specific Mod and use an own Upgrades.ini, you definitely should use another File Name for your Upgrades.ini, than the original Upgrades.ini has, that is contained in the 1.01 Version, to avoid any Conflicts. If you do that, you should not have any Problem.
