I just wonder if NASCAR and teams have an exclusive agreement with iracing? I have no idea, just wondering.
The license is the ETX NASCAR Racing, producers of NASCAR'14. To cover the cost of the license, is necessary to allocate the product to a largest possible audience (console players), this implies the use of a physical model is not accurate with the result of an arcade game and not a simulation.

It means that Oval racing is coming and therefore a big update of rules for Oval racing will be neccessary, You cannot race on ovals in realistic racing sim with Circuit rules.
