yeah i have seen them too, the mod is called prokartcup ... and a track called something like quebec ? i also notice that the isi testservers are able to get over the limit of 30players max. ...
Hopefully this is the next release, if it is as good as GSC karting with rf2 tyres, physics, weather, realroad etc (yes they all need working on too, but at least they are there, sort of) it could change everything regarding numbers online to race against. Hopefully it's available for the paying public very soon.
