yes, they can. i have also uploaded the Vmod here: maybe something is wrong with the mod. could you please download it and check if it works. it's a Clio&LRP Mod.
manually installed the mod, shows to be valid. clicked join: server connection failed. something is blocking your server... dmz on the router maybe?

after adding the Skip Barber mod I tried to enter the room via get mod but no go. I installed you mod and entered your room.
hi dave, well i am a noob with windows pc's but there is the standard windows one, then there is the Avira virus blabla and the one on the router. i also looked into the dmz settings now. but i can't do there anything. but i see Fergy was just in my room! now i have no idea what's going on.
Ok... We found with some software we developed for our lobby system, there were 2 things that caused users to not be able to enter our program. 1 The free virus/firewall software that some were using, even though you would tell it to disable, there was still part of it that would re-main active. To resolve that part of it, users would have to use a program called: Revo-Uninstaller, and run it to uninstall the virus/firewall and tell it to remove the registry keys also. reboot and some were able to use our software. 2 Most software uses Net framework. some were missing a part of it. They would download the patch from Microsoft, and that would resolve there issues. well, status now is: you can join the sever if you have the mod but the GET MOD button still doesn't work. the ip of my PC is 10.0.0.2. when i tick the dmz setting in the router it says the pc belongs to no known LAN. i think i have read somewhere that the ip should be something with 192.168.x.x
