Isn't this a DX11 update? We'll all be on DX11 soon enough. If you are not, just wait to update these cars. It's too much to ask modders to have complete backward compatibility with all the myriad complications and lack of information about rF2 graphics.
Yeah, fair enough, just a little odd that this uses a different glass shader/texture to the other URD mods. That's all.

A fantastic update! Others have pointed out a couple of small niggles with the dash display. My only comment is that the engine sound level is too high relative to S397 cars. It's really annoying to have to adjust the sound level when you switch from one mod to another. All sounds should be normalized to the S397 default levels. The other sounds (skids, etc.) are fine, it's just the engines that are too loud.

The sounds are nice and detailed, so will be perfect if they are not at ear-blasting levels :)

Love the new v2 physics (and the free preview you gave months ago). Now that these T5's are out and we can see that URD quality is back to the top, I'll be purchasing your other cars as they are updated to DX11.

The main AC skin file 01alt.dds extension is fine to put straight into skins folder
the wing file if there is one in down loaded skin and a banner file there extentions for rf2 needs to be like below they may be named a bit different on AC skin like 01altbanner.dds :)
Change like below for rF2
01altwing.dds
01altban.dds
Also Banner file and wing file are not required if you don't want custom banner or wing graphics

If they drive as they look we have a masterpiece.

I haven't had a chance so far for trying them as I promised. I have only used them for some benchmarking purposes. I am trying to understand the reason for having so poor cockpit view performance compared to other views. Especially with DX11. I'll let you know as well if I find anything remarkable regarding performance.

Let's see if before tonight's benchmarking session I can drive some laps!

Aless, just out of curiosity, how are you guys planning this updates? I mean, you're working on the "B"4 (2015? 2016?), is it gonna be released as a new package for rF2? What about the Aura? Any plans on bringing the 2015 version from AC? And more importantly, is that lovely new sexy Maures on your radar? lol

New pack yes and for rf2 plan is actually 2016, we have all the cars. Probably 2017 with full new cars to.
Sandrox is just working on the cockpit texturing for mercedes. I have the Aura 2016 ingame to but its not that far yet and old dx9 version in alpha stage. They will all be new package/single cars available.
 
Hi, I've recently just purchased the PX 2015 beta and I was wondering what the current status of this mod is, are we to be expecting updates?

Edit: Also, if updates are available, how do we go about downloading them?
