You have to create it with mas2.exe where you want and indicate where it is whenyou do the rfmod with mas2.exe I have this one for the EnduranceSeries:

Ok, seems to be working now. 1. Load track in game 2. Go to ~MASTEMP and copy track files to temp folder 3. Make changes in RFM file. NormalPitKPH = 100 FormationSpeedKPH = 200 Practice1Day = Friday 4. Repack RFMOD using updated RFM file (as explained by Mad_King above). 5. Race ! Thanks for the help guys !
