Purely and simply because the site owners don't want to be changing the mod mid season, which I guess is understandable.
We have a post season night race at Mid Ohio that will use the update because of the light fix No points available for that one

No, nothing like that
Ive done plenty of testing in it, and had no issues. Love the new cockpit interior I would have liked to use it for that alone, but not everyone uses that view.
