Welcome to Season 1 of Simracingpro.com Mx5 Cup.
8 league rounds, 2 x 25min races per round, with an added special event following the conclusion of the league championship.
The Mx5 used in rFactor 2 is The Super Charged Level 1 Miata 3rd party mod.

Season Format

Vehicle Class: Supercharged Mazda Mx5

Race day: Wednesday @ 7pm GMT (From Round 6 onwards, start time will be 8pm GMT)
Maximum drivers: 30

Race Length: 2 x 25 Minutes
Required Games: rFactor 2

Schedule for each round
Practice: 7 Days (Server will be up at least 7 days prior to each event)
Qualifying: 19:00 GMT (15 minutes)
Warm Up: 19:15 GMT (5 minutes)
Race: 19:20 GMT (Laps to suit 25 minutes)

Warm Up 2: 19:45 GMT (5 minutes)
Race: 19:50 GMT Reverse Grid pos 1 to 10 (Laps to suit 25 minutes)

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL TRACKS FOR THE SEASON INSTALLED BEFORE ROUND 1 OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO JOIN THE SERVER.

Track downloads
Individual tracks can be downloaded above, and will be available for download in each of the calendar threads.

Team Entries
Teams will consist of two drivers per team.
You may run numerous Junior/Sister/Development teams.

Liveries
Skins are recommended, But are not mandatory. Prior to joining the server, select your skin from the tuning menu. rFactor 2 will then transfer skins to those with skin transfers turned on.

Drivers & Team Championship Standings
Team championship points are taken from the finishing positions of both team drivers (2 drivers per team) for each race. Independent Drivers will only score points in the Drivers' Championship.

Points are awarded according to the following system:
1st = 30
2nd = 24
3rd = 20
4th = 17
5th = 16
6th = 15
7th = 14
8th = 13
9th = 12
10th = 11
11th = 10
12th = 9
13th = 8
14th = 7
15th = 6
16th = 5
17th = 4
18th = 3
19th = 2
20th = 1
Qualifying Pole = 1
DNF Rule: If you DNF for ANY reason, you will not score any points. YOU WILL ALSO START AT THE REAR OF THE GRID FOR RACE 2

Its not too late, although any new entrants need to sign up on the forum if not already a member, apply for a racing license and then should be free to sign up for the league.
 
Had my first ever league race and it was great, very clean racing with lots of respect. I would recommend this to everyone
 
So far so good. 2 rounds in and both have been great fun.

Tim if you happen to see this it would be great to get a spot in the featured leagues.
 
Andy - FYI, I'm just days away from releasing the updated version of the supercharged versions with the improved graphics.
