Thanks bart s. it is a good point, but there is no overclock. I really hope to get a machine worthy of some of the screen shots I have seen

I am just starting again, it seems sensible, even quicker if I do this.

I have backups of most stuff

 

Well a reinstall did it, I have backed everything up again just in case.
