Anyway, somewhat back on topic. I've tried recording rfactor2 vids but the final quality when uploaded to youtube is awful. I recorded 3 laps round Brianza short which was in 1080p 60 fps and the file size was 23.6 GB !

I followed Tim's guide on his blog ( cheers Tim ) and downloaded the codec that he mentioned, but i cannot see the codec in Sony Vegas. I tried using Windows movie maker, but the quality is rubbish. What do you guys use to encode your videos before you upload them?

so the author may crying and annoyed for hours, but nothing will change... people will continue to use their "illegal" mods/tracks/sounds others.

It still depends on HOW you use it. Nobody cares if you make your own mod glued from other mods for your own fun. Noone knows when that happens and I'm sure there exists hundreds of such mods but those cause no harm.
But if you release it and claim its your work...

I know people will use the mod and I also accept that`s part of human nature but I think the point that`s trying to be made is the mod should`nt be used out of common decency and respect for the original modders work.
