[REL] rF2 Pedal Overlay Plugin

Hi, are visual plugins still not supported in rF2 since DX11? S397 should add support for it, there are significant disadvantages in doing it through SimHub: fps drops because of the windowed/borderless mode, having to pay for simhub (the free low refresh version is unusable), etc.

Forget it, we will never have it, more than 3 years already, they never do what the community wants, you can try in discord but rF2 is dead.
