Personal Skins bug? Error?

After last rf2 update I can not create a team folder anymore inside rf2.
If I create a folder with skin definitions outside rf2 it work on multiplayer but not on single.
Anyone with same kind of problem?

I usually do my skins using the following method:

Can rf2 change the way skins are done on servers?
maybe a folder inside "packages/skins" with mod/"drivers nameskinnameALT.dds" or something like?

So I have a big problem on my computer......
And its strange as it is a new computer and a clean rf2 install

But works if you have a folder and a file definition.
Problem is....... now server can not receive the skins or sent...
My server only have rcd files. No dds
And this is a BIG problem
 
We have a big championship to run.......
we had so many problems on race1..... I changed some files to have skins working......
 
The first thing to be aware of is that you do not need to create a new virtual team to have you own skin in game.
You only really need the virtual team to say have the right team name in a stream. The drivers name will be correct with just an alt skin.
You do the create directory steps as shown in that link and that's it. Don't create new team and driver, just a file directory.
Then go to that new file directory and copy the new skin in and name it with the file starting or ending with "alt" then dds.
Example "myskinalt.dds" or "abcalt.dds". You have a limited number of characters to use (maybe 12???) so a long driver and team name might exceed that.
Now once you choose that car you can go left and right and will see the skin file name and should see it in the garage.

The server must have skin swaps enabled, and the player must have it too.
When in the standings view you will see a red line under the names as they load. I think they only load when you are parked in the garage.

I know all that. I was the first guy using Sponsored skins since 2008...... I should know, but the problem is:
1 - Can not create a folder team from inside rf2 on this "create from current car" does not work on any mod I have and I have a lot...
2 - Server does not have the personal skins because you can not upload your dds files. Only the rcd files..... So... NO SKINS
3 - After testing on a different computer everything works the same way

Try to clean all skins from your server (packages/skins) and test it. Does not work
In resume: You can not create a team folder to put your dds files and you can not upload your dds files to your server

This is a problem to my team and to my league as we need to have our skins in place for our sponsors....
Please Studio 397. Find a solution soon

As you can see only rcd files are uploaded. The "RUINASCIMENTO_42_rd4_gt3alt.dds" was pasted by me....
This way my computer downloaded the skin from Rui as soon as he joined.
So.... upload is not working
 
If you can't upload skins to the server, why are you trying to make custom teams? Or am I missing something?

I try it now and works the way you tell, but...... Before you can create from the "current car"

Its ok with me if its like that.
Now the upload to the server???
