The inside of my front tires have a weird texture - looks like carbon or something. v 0.6 and the only one I have installed. Btw - thx very much for this mod
After a very quick drive with v0.6 at Mores I`m happy to report all is well and the steering wheel (along with everything else) looks great.
I have, and continue to look into this issue, if opponent detail is set less than 'max' this seems to happen, and how it is affecting the drivers vehicle when you change an opponent setting is strange too.
I just wanted to thank MAK-Corp for this mod. I had gotten tired of waiting for Tuttle's version and this initial beta is really quite excellent. In fact, I will probably uninstall the Skippy mod and let your F3 join the Megane and Clio as my only rF2 cars. However, I do ask that future updates make it so you don't get stuck in gravel traps so easily and that the AI is a little less dumb.
Saving .dds and generating mip maps helped us with similar issue, that was for car body material, when level of detail been set lower than max we have been getting messed paintjobs on cars.
