It was here yesterday, now gone. Shows up again in Devmode. I even uninstalled/reinstalled completely and still only the background shows. Doesn't even appear to try to load the scene as Devmode does. Help! I wanted to do some skinning before the 24 but without a showroom, is not easy.
same issue for me. i remember testing the last build update (automatic updater) and this caused the showroom to vanish. re-installing full build corrected it. now i decided to un-install some community mods that are obsolete, and now the showroom is gone dis-functional again. best i can tell, those mods contained nothing related to the showrooms base files.
fixed. delete the plr file, allow the game to make a new one default. --- now to find the reason why it happened in the first place.
If you kept that bad .plr file you can now compare them. If you didn't, then perhaps JGraf can do it.
Thanks guys, a new plr got the showroom back. I moved the old over before new generation, nothing noteworthy that is different. I mean yes, the showroom line is different, but that is just because of the different showroom installed. I wonder if rf is choking on the old entry because of the space in the name? ex: \My Documents\rFactor2\Installed\Showroom\rF2 Showrooms\1.0d\Reflected Floor.mas
