Thats what i have reached so far:
1. New Installation Windows 10 (upgrade from Win 8.1, Full Installation)
2. New Installation rF2
3. Overclocking CPU (Intel Core i7-5820K/MB X99) to 3.9 GHz with VCORE 1.1255 V
Race with 19 AI, Silverstone, Nissan NGTX
CPU: ~ 20 %
GPU ~ 40%
//Edit: did it again and GPU was around 30%
Settings Ingame:
