    Hello,

is there a maximum amount of installed tracks?
I just wanted to drive a few laps today and everytime my game crashes to desktop in the moment when i go from the garage to the race.
After some trying here and there i figured out that it doesn`t crash if i delete some tracks from the mod-manager. Adding them again results in repeating CTDs. If i delete some other tracks all works fine. What is going on?

How many have you got installed? I have 82 tracks installed. I don't seem to have your same problem.

He has a problem (as answered in another thread) with a bugged track that he needs to remove and contact the modder about.

No i don`t think that the problem is related to one bugged track. Otherwise the problem wouldn`t disappear by deleting random tracks.

@ DJCruicky: I have all tracks from the "All locations"-torrent plus the ISI content, nothing more.

For the record: i have done a fresh install with Build 156 and did delete the old profile as well to sort things out.

I have had this same issue, and found 3 THREE bugged tracks I had to remove.

I had that too, i reinstalled the public build of rf2 several times, i was unable to figure out which component caused the issue. RIght now i just install those tracks i really need. A track should not be able to crash the whole simulation when using a different track.

Hockenheim, Watkins Glen and Kyalami are tracks with numbers in front of the filenames

i removed serveral tracks, not just the first ones and i had no crashes after that. I don`t think that this behavior is related to one or more specific tracks.

don't know what causes this, but when it happens, it's online only.
to resolve, i replace my .plr with a known working .plr "backup", or default .plr and the issue goes away.

    the player.plr becomes corrupt somehow.
