I do not know if I can question this post, but ... I would like to know the best graphic configuration for DX11, since I have used various configurations and it is still unplayable in certain points with DX11. I use a GTX 1070 and the performance is only meager in rf2 for my sadness
Really? I also use a GTX1070 (i7 3770, 16GB) and DX11 runs very good - best on my 3440x1440 UltraWide but still very good on my 5800x1080 triple screens. Actually, after today's update seems to run even better, including night racing on triples!

May not be the "most" efficient but for me works in 85% of the cases to hold 60 FPS. May be some dips with many cars on-screen (start of race)
3440X1440, Full-screen, AA=3, Post Effects=High
In game most everything on Full/Max.
5760x1080, Full-screen, Multi-view, AA=3, Post Effects=Low
In game most everything on HIGH except for Blur=off, Reflections=low

In VR now the game has gone blurry. Menus are clear just trackside view while driving is very blurry. Also when selecting pit request a few seconds later a black screen fills the view.

Thanks for your continued updates and support.
What content is still left to update? I thought there was still quite a bit left.
A McLean road car? 570's and 720's seem to be all the rage at the moment.

As a final note we are proud to announce that we’ve signed a license agreement with MoTec and will add official support for their tools to our simulation. More details about this will be released in the upcoming months.

So this mean that we could have real time telemetry in another screen and/or in another pc? could be very useful!!

Thank you so much guys. That showroom is damn sexy. Fantastic work as always. Can't wait to test the performance improvements. Even with a gtx 680 the replays in the last build were smooth as hell.

My setup is the same as your i7 3770 + GTX 1070 + 16 GB of RAM. After this update I got improvements, but when I test at night with rain the performance drops sharply. Day races with 41 cars on the track minimum FPS is in the 75's, but I always like to raise the tests to see the real performance of the SIM. At the start of the race maintains the FPS minimum in the 70+ in daytime races, nightly has a steep drop, but really after today's update is much better.

Thanks for the update, some good news in there.
As for the plugins on the screen issue, personally a lot of things people use plugins for are basic features that most racing sims have from day 1 as in-game options, so imo S397 should do the same and include all the on-screen items as in-game options that can be turned on/off individually (lap times, distance to car in front/behind, fuel, tyre wear, damage, position, number of laps, time, track map, etc).

Those are all already in the game...

Ahh, good explanation. Are you also running triples?
Your original message mentioned "...performance is only meager in rf2 for my sadness", to me it made it sound like the performance was crap. For me I don't see DX11 running that much different than DX9 rF2.

Jesus.....just searched the new content for about 20min. I should read more carefully. The new showroom looks fantastic. Good performance on my side.
