If you want to release all at once then it might be that we never get an update :D

this becuause: internal testing-->some problems-->no release--> new things developed during new week-->new problems-->again no release-->endless loop.

We will also get updated Croft if we get ISI update so fingers crossed.

Enjoy your Easter week end ISI guys (and all readers). I sincerely hope you are not rushing to try to release something from now until Tuesday (unless is really near to be launched before end of the day for you depending timezone). It's Friday evening (at least here in France)!, so have good time with families and friends, we will survive if the new build and/or contents arrive next week (IMO) :)

    Thanks for all! :)

I hadn't played rF2 for a few months until this week, updated a few builds and really noticed the improvements. I don't particularly like driving offline against AI but with the RealRoad and inclement weather it was actually enjoyable even if it took a while to tweak the AI performance.

I hope more online servers have random weather, seems like only dry condition servers are running.

    - can't wait for the spray update in the next build.
    - also hoping the RealRoad dry line acceleration is adjusted soon too as it does take a lot away from the weather conditions.
    - looking forward greatly to aquaplaning, not just the result but also the philosophy in which they will go about coding it (e.g., using track mesh coordinates to determine the relative elevation of tarmac areas that are low and thus will hold standing water - or will it simply just be canned, fixed preconceived areas that are nominated during track development that will hold standing water).
    - tyre management, limited sets of tyres for a race weekend with the ability to use a used set of boots (as mentioned with Tim last week, last time I had to consider that aspect of racing was back in 1996 with GP2!).

Those are my priorities in terms of features, once they're part of the code you probably won't be seeing me for a while! They've pretty much been my ideal features for the last 20 years! It's great that ISI are tackling most if not all of them, exciting times ahead .

My servers are always running Random, most times when people join it's only dry at the time though :(

I guess in real life the percentage of rain to sunshine in one day is pretty low, percentage of rain over a week is a different story :)

Would be funnier if it wasn`t so true MM...

I do sometimes feel as if ISI can`t win... I accept there may some things that could be done better but the boot seems to get swiftly drawn back whatever they do.
