    Yes. It will be a 0,4 mile dirt oval with two loops and one ramp. By the way - track will be locked to use with Formula ISI only ;)

    But seriously, I don't think any proper dirt racing stuff will be available until long after gold. Not even oval racing will be available at the time of gold release and I think dirt racing is even further down the list.
    There is no proper dirt physics yet, no cars designed to run on dirt tracks, so there's just no point in releasing dirt tracks.

    I don't think that's the case, but rather the other way around.

    It's not like they assume some time between updates and see what they can do in that time. They just work on things and when they have a set of updates they want to release, they test them and prepare package.
    Sometimes releases are dictated by features they need for upcoming car or track.
