@ebeninca what steering wheel do you have ?
i use a fanatec csl elite ps4 with latest drivers with ingame ffb gain around 67 and car feels amazing
its my favorite of all cars but my wheel while braking and trying steering the wheel to make the corner it does 1 or 2 jolts

also the car i feel the insane rattle is the BMW c2 that many people report about it and the rattle

@davehenrie @ebeninca there is a guy at fanatec forum asking about the same thing not sure who can fix that but seems fanatec isnt responsible and the only solution might be reducing ffb gain and such

The FFB traces ebeninca posted are independent of wheel type. Certain wheels and/or settings can exacerbate certain issues, but if there's something in the source it's not really about the wheels anymore.

Yep, Lazza got it, as usual.

These FFB output graphics represents what rF2 outputs to our wheels, it's affected by the in game FFB settings.

And clearly, the 911 has a much more aggressive output under ABS with the same configuration.

After doing this test with the same configuration in all cars, I reduced to 35% the Car Specific FFB only for the 911, but it's like driving a toy, you lose all the minimal details.

And in comparison, the BMW M2 CS rattling is pretty tame. (one slight note: I should check my versions are all up to date)

    Unfortunately I don't have the M2 CS.

If you want to test in the same track, I was using Portimao by LuisB.

@ebeninca the rattling on BMW M2 CS make it almost unplayable
the only thing i worry with Porsche GT3 is the jolt when trying to corner the car while trail breaking and such it feels like it takes my attention

If you can generate and share a FFB output log for the M2 CS, we can compare with the other cars, thx.

I drive 911 GT3 R with Simucube 2 Pro (80% driver, 20 NM and 50% car specific in game) and this recent update made the car undrivable. Too much ABS FFB in the steering column.

Registered specifically to report about this issue.

The person over the Fanatec forum it's me, I guess.

This post is very interesting. Are you using full torque driver side?

Hi Mauro, I'm seen that people are confusing things here, I'll explain with other words...

This graphics that I attached from the MoTeC log represents the FFB that rF2 outputs to your wheel, It doesn't matter if your wheel is configured to 1 NM or 20 NM, these graphics doesn't change, only in game settings can affect it.

I can increase smoothing or reduce car specific FFB parameters, but it will kill the small details that the FFB produces, definitely isn't a smart solution, it will feel like a toy.

You see that the graphic clips only during the braking phase for the 911, so it's an specific situation happening only in this car that needs adjustment.

About my wheel (everyone is insisting on it), is a Logitech G PRO, running at 6.5 NM, I tested at 1 NM and 11 NM to confirm, the graphic doesn't change.

Did you test the 911 gt3r and another gt3 to compare and confirm the problem?
