Don't know exactly when it started, maybe with the latest build, but I have noticed trees being translucent at certain tracks. http://i.imgur.com/QneoAGa.jpg Is there a fix for this issue?
sparse grid supersampling in NV inspector fixed tree issues with old Belgium for me. With GTX970 I have not seen a need to make a NVi profile...yet
player.json "Transparency AA":true, "Transparency AA#":"Soften edges around alpha test objects", I think...
http://rfactor.net/web/rf2/devscorner/rfactor2-build-notes/#1008 A work around is to disable Transparency AA ("Transparency AA":false,) in the player.json when you race at a feels3 track (Poznan, Croft, Putnam).
yea don't your AA off - the sim will look BAD The correct work-around is in the player.json file/Transparency AA..change "true" to "false" - as others have already said
Yep I shouldn't have used "correct" That's the proper fix as you say Nuno ..the other way would be more accurately described as the "bodge"
Oh, updating is a crime now too?? LOL Some people here are really out of reality............ and wondering why nothing happens in this world. Just stupid.
I don't see why he would mind. I mean really what would he say? "Hey Feels3, may I make one small change to your tracks to correct a graphical bug?" "NO!! The bug must stay!!" lol
We would really appreciate to see these tracks updated (it's a 10 minutes job really) because we don't like to see so many installations messed up because of people tweaking their XPAA to make those trees looking a bit better.
Actually doesn't look bad at all at 1080p. It's lower res where AA becomes more important. But I will try that anyway.
Last time someone (Jürgen) updated a package, he got reported, links were taken down, topics got locked. Sheet went down. Sometimes I don't get some people around here! Two tongues, god damn it.
