it depends how the mod is setup in the HDV file....our league mod you can change front and rear compounds at once
Sounds like a great tweak if so! Not many times would you just change one or two tyres, might as well just change all four!
Some recent updates uncovered in the BT20, big changes for making wet tyres work in the wet: http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.p...ly-do-anything?p=344184&viewfull=1#post344184 My earlier post in that thread with info from ISI highlights one of the big issues with a 'wet' track, now at least partially resolved.
I'm still finding cars (tyres) and track parameters work together on it. I did more tests in wet condition, and the same car reacts diversely under the same wet% depending on the track. Not tested with new BT20 version though. In certain tracks, they race as was dry. In others, the human player can overtake them easily. So it must be some AIW or TDF variable playing the main role on it.
It's impossible with FISI2012 cars; at EVERY track there is one corner where the AI will spin no matter what if the tracks wet. Tim mentioned before it was a bUg with the tyres and I am now waiting patiently for a fix, although deep down I want a fix now as its a very important feature.
Wet weather racing is totally non sensical. Rain spray just turns on and off with no logic. Camaro tyre temps when on wet tyres driving in wet gravel trap go to extreme yellow (go figure). Worst showcase feature for RF2 at the moment.
