Are we allowed to upload tracks (non payware) to rapidshare in order to make it easier for users to get the tracks for a particular server?

Who are you asking the question to?

    All.

I don't know who made which tracks. So it's a general sort of question I guess.

While we desperately need more mirrors, keep in mind that Rapidshare and similar services are very poor for long-term storage. The files will go offline sooner than you'd like.

They're a not entirely useless addition, but we are lacking the foundation.
We need more reliable hosting from actual webspace services.

There's several free webhosts out there (like 000webhost.com I Think it's called?) which can host files. If need be, for file-size reasons, you can split archives into parts to upload. Those kinds of hosters will remain up indefinitely, too, if you keep them there. (basically you just have to login once every few months or so)

ISI tracks? Yes. Although if you have a permanent server, with unlimited bandwidth somewhere, we'd appreciate a mirror being hosted. I don't care for RS though.
