SOLVED Dedicated and game on one machine, Simvibe ist not working

Perhaps anyone with this Combo had the same problem ? Its more a problem for simexperience but there is no forum.
I run Dedicated and game on the same machine.
if i start Rf2 only, simvibe is working, if i start the dedicated first and join, i have no effects. ??

I have no experience with setting up and running servers.
So the idea I'm about to give as a fix will most likely make my experience level obviously clear .
I'm assuming the server has a plugins folder, have you tried putting the sim_commander plugin file into the servers ?

 

@ADSTA The server doesn't send info to simvibe / sim commander.

Thank you! Works. Had to switch on "Monitor for external game launches " under Advanced.

 

Ummmpf its gone from yes to no. I dont get it, can i plz simply rename the dedicated server so SC4 is not binding to the dedi ?
According to the Simexperince Coder it isn't even possible to have both on one machine, but ... why was ist working then ?
And there is no simex plugin in bin32\Plugins
