we had DOF effect, now there are too much blur, can have a thread for NO BLUR screenshots please, I accept DOF but no blur thanks.

Or can the posters with blur move to EDITED SCREENSHOTS thread, thanks, blur is like cancer, we have to eradicate it.

just turn off motion blur in the menu. As far as being edited....no other programs are used to create the effect.

That's not entirely true. I would go as far as claiming that the motion blur effect works actually physically correct. If you ever have tried to take a photo with motion blur effect you will notice that the ghosting effect is actually realistic if the camera settings and movement aren't right. I have made screenshots with zero ghosting, but still using motion blur. Until you notice ghosting in this screenshot the image compression will be much more noticable:
