yep, F3 Spark and Evo mirrors are black for me too...ATI card here...any relation?

 

I installed the build90 update and now I have no cars available at all....

When I go to mod manger the only thing I have available is all cars all tracks and nothing else

if I click into the advanced tab when I first load RF2 I get this

Mod "1960s WCR All Tracks by F1Elites.com 1.1" failed to verify, removed from inventory
Mod "1960s World Class Racing 1.0" failed to verify, removed from inventory
Mod "Formula Renault 3.5 1.2" failed to verify, removed from inventory
Mod "GT World Endurance Championship 1.1" failed to verify, removed from inventory
Mod "ISI Formula Masters 1.0" failed to verify, removed from inventory
Mod "Renault Megane Trophy 1.1" failed to verify, removed from inventory
Mod "1960s World Class Racing 1.1" is an update to a non-existent base mod, removed from inventory.


Everything was working before the build 90 update

 

I also have black mirrors on Spark and Eve.

 

Try pressing the mirror button a couple times (#4 or #5) and see if that changes anything?

 

Tried 1...0 buttons, no effect on black mirrors.

 

Hey Tim - you are going to have to start individually dating the updates in the Dowloads thread. It is becoming very difficult to know what is already downloaded and installed without constant cross-referencing. Cheers

with all cars.

try this:
-enter in a casual server (no "GPC 1960+Update 1.1+Brianza") or offline select other mod.
-exit and now enter in a "GPC 1960+Update 1.1+Brianza" server

in the server you have an error message and then you will kick off from that.

for solve, you have to select offline that vMod before entering in the server.

italian community have tested this, but (i think) it isn't the problem.
some long RFM names working, someone else no.
and some short RFM names have the same problem.

 

Mr Prost - there's a long thread about this that covers lots of different ideas, but to save you the trouble of trawling through it, this is the only thing that works for G25/7 owners:

Go to: "My Documents/rFactor2/UserData/player/Controller.. now scroll down to: [ Force Feedback ], then find the line: "Steering Torque Filter="0" & change the value from whatever it says now up to about 28, or 32 (you decide how much filtering you want - some people are happy with 8..)

This will stop your rattling, the downside is that it will have "numbed down" the FF a little - but it will save your wheel & allow you to drive on the Monza banking again

Tell you what - I am sick of chasing down mods and maps. Over it. Also, please date the mod updates. How the hell are we supposed to know which is new? Cross checking? Lol.

Thanks Guro. And NO, it's not normal for people paying for lincense (updates included), to be forced to use torrents. They should at least provide links to third party servers for full downloads, as Guro posted.

 

That's right, torrents will never be "normal" dl'ing, neither I'll start to use them, in any point in the future. And thanks Guro of course.
