Not yet available on the auto updater. They will be available torrent first, then mirrors, then our http, then auto update. See the downloads thread in this forum for available links.

Released today is build 90. You can either update from build 85 to 90, or you can use a full installer to get straight there from nothing.

Also released today is update 1.1 to the 1960's series, which include the new Brabham BT20.

Also released, as a component (how most mod groups should be releasing their content, un-tied to an rfmod), is Brianza.

From the readme.txt of Build 90.

Since this is not just an update to the 60's mod and a full new build, my advice to everyone is to do a fresh install from scratch.

I will be uninstalling everything, including the rFactor2 folder in My Docs, and do a complete fresh install - starting with build 90 full install, not the update.

If you treat every new build like a new game and start with nothing (not even an old profile) and do a fresh install, you will get the best results.

Fantastisch!!!

Looks like a fair few graphics improvements coming through now; I thought the last build was really quite nice to look at, especially any track going from 6pm to 8pm. Lovely, highly atmospheric stuff.

Probably be another fortnight before I even get the chance to get the updates downloaded personally though. Note to all you young guys - if you want to have any spare time to continue doing this then: Do. Not. Have. Kids. :-D

I know this has been asked a thousand times but which files do I have to keep if I don't want to reactivate with a new install? Thanks.

The appdata .rFactor2 folder. Although I would advise you keep the packages folder in the documents/rFactor2 folder, too.

I seem to be the only one who hasn't done a fresh install since release day...is there actually any reason to do the fresh installs? My performance is great and the game is running smoothly, so I'm confused why people feel the need to faff around with anything other than the built in updaters.

Many thanks for the update, just in time for the weekend! Out of sheer curiosity, is there any way to adjust/activate/deactivate the bloom setting?

I have the day off today and a brand new GTX 670 in my PC. *Happydance*

Tim, there's a small error in the Download thread. It says: "MANUAL UPDATE from Build 69"

If these were updates to final release, I might not bother, but since this is beta, and things are always changing, I like to do testing with a fresh install.

That way, if I find anything wrong, I know it's not because of something leftover from previous build.

Also, a fresh install means I'm testing ISI's work, and not my work (any PLR or controller.ini settings I may have messed with).
