then why did it say Initial release: 12-Mar-13

 

I guess it is the date when it was posted in rfactorcentral.

 

For every made up fantasy track, there needs to be a geographic location for the weather tool to work with.

So where do you want this one to be, Spaskis?

 

I guess you need a specific place name rather than latitude / altitude coordinates. You can use Mungia located in the basque country. You will enjoy our rainy weather.

The I guess Nottingham would be a nice place also ;-)
