No, T1 stamp vertex. I imported my trees from Croft to my new track and I did export from new scene and it works, but when I change mapping for new textures then I have this issue.
It's another of those "leave it for later" type of issues This is self-shadowing on billboards but lighting of billboards is also weird in some cases. I've allready proposed some changes to ISI so we have to wait and see. When rF2 hits gold we will know if it's done or not and then we will look for best way of making trees. At this stage I think it's best to focus on modelling, texturing, optimizations, lighting and general shadow and reflection settings without worrying about any issues. In other words - it would be a waste of time looking for workarounds now if we can get actual solutions later. If ISI won't provide good solution for trees, "someone else" probably will
