better safety car AI

So i have a lot of problems with the AI during safety cars and formation laps. They randomly stop out of nowhere and then go. Also, i once had i race i lost because i was forced to let the AI in front of my due to a safety car bug.
not sure if anyone else had that, but it was really annoying for sure.
